Here is a song by Tori Amos about Jackie ‘O. In this song, she was reminded of what Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis had gone through after the death of JFK, and wanted to decide what was important in her own life and whether or not she was where she’d always dreamed she would be by that point. In the story of the song, she has all of these realizations while lost on her way to her own wedding while seeing former classmates not having realized their own dreams, either… and in the end, she never makes it to the alter - instead choosing to find her own strength and returns to what was once most important to her… realizing Jackie was actually quite strong, so she prays that she may have Jackie’s strength.
